Exactly how bored am I?

Well I just took apart the chandelier in my dining room and cleaned every single piece before putting it back together. I don't know the last time it was thoroughly cleaned but I do know that it is now nearly too bright and sparkly to bear.

It's 12:20am on Sunday night/Monday morning of a long weekend. I have drunk texted several people and only heard back from one.

The one I desperately wanted to hear from hasn't texted me back (is texted even a word?).

I've only waited nearly 11 years to talk to you again you big jerk! You need to flippin' text me soon or I'm gonna totally lose it.


*sigh* For reals though, I am really drunk.

I totally forgot to watch LOST tonight and everyone is saying how great it was.

How's this for weird... ?

I have been single for over 9 years now (not counting a date or two here and there). The last boyfriend I had was in the summer of 1998. I'm totally fine with it, but seeing the actual number kind of weirded me out. For the past couple years I've had no interest in dating at all. Recently with the weight loss and all I'm feeling more like getting out in the dating pool and I don't doubt that I can easily find someone, if I'm so inclined. I'm worried though that my expectations are maybe too high. I want someone smart enough to keep me interested, and those of you who know me know how picky I am about that. I really don't like stupid people and have absolutely no patience for them. I think I'm a smartlitist.

Wow. Baking cupcakes at 3:30 in the morning tends to make me less coherent than normal.

Anyways babies - I'm off to Mexico for two weeks on Friday (not that anyone would know that I'm gone... 3 posts this year and all).

I am so extremely pissed right now!

I went to the gym at lunch all ready to do my 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer and then I hopped on the scale before getting on the machine and I’m up nearly TWO FUCKING POUNDS!!! Aside from licking the chocolate cake batter bowl last night I have been so good this week. I’ve been to the gym five times and I’ve been really good about what I’ve been eating. I really felt like I turned a corner last week and I’ve been so pumped all week just knowing that I was going to do so well this week.

I can’t believe how angry I am right now.

I’m too the point that I’m ready to throw the towel in. I just want to be done already because being stuck at 162.4 for the past three weeks is not doing anything for me whatsoever. GRR!!!

I’m almost in tears at my desk b/c I’m so frustrated.

It's midnight and my house smells like a chocolate factory.

I don't think it's fair that the only person in the department that's on a diet (and has been since August of last year) is the one that has to make the arrangements for people's birthday cakes. Seriously. I voluntered to make Better Than Sex II for Gary (since he's on of my favorite co-workers) but I'll be damned if I didn't lick the beaters and the bowl. Am I supposed to be able to resist Fudge Chocolate cake batter? I didn't think so.

Which means I now get to worry myself sick for the next two days until my weigh-in on Tuesday wondering if I've blown my six trips to the gym this week making a frickin' cake for someone's birthday.

Son of a bitch.
